How much does a corporate Nashville food tour cost?
Corporate tours start at $180 per person for groups of 12 or more on the non-alcohol package, and $198 per person on the alcohol package. Smaller groups (4 to 11 guests) are priced higher per person to cover guide and venue minimums. See the full pricing table above. All rates include the 20% service fee. Tennessee sales tax (9.75%) is added at booking.
What is the maximum group size?
Up to 120 guests for a walking food tour, split across multiple guides on parallel routes that reunite at the final stop. For larger events up to 300 guests, we build custom food and music experiences in private venues.
Can corporate tours start in the evening?
Yes. Corporate tours schedule around your team's day, including evening starts after 5pm. We coordinate with each restaurant on your route in advance so everything is ready when you arrive.

Can we customize the route or restaurants?
Yes. We tailor every corporate tour to your team. Common customizations include alternate stops for dietary restrictions, themed routes (whiskey-focused, Southern classics), evening start times, and pickup at your hotel or office. Optional add-ons include a champagne welcome toast, whiskey tasting, craft cocktail stop, and Ryman Auditorium tour.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6 to 12 weeks ahead for corporate events, especially during peak season (April through October and December). Hundreds of corporate guests are already booked for upcoming quarters. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have on dates, venues, and custom touches.
Do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?
Yes, and we do it well. Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and most allergies are accommodated with notice. Each restaurant on your route is briefed in advance so your guests have their alternatives ready when they sit down. This is one of the things corporate planners tell us they appreciate most.
Where does the corporate tour start?
Standard meeting point is the roundabout at 1st and Broadway in downtown Nashville. For corporate groups we can also meet at your hotel, office, or conference venue and walk over together.
Do you provide invoices and W-9s for corporate accounting?
Yes. We can issue invoices, accept corporate credit cards, and provide W-9 documentation as needed. Custom contracts are available for larger events.
What is your corporate cancellation policy?
A non-refundable 20% deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is fully refundable for cancellations made 14 or more days before your tour date. Within 14 days, we offer a transferable credit to reschedule for another date within 12 months. Custom contract terms are available for larger corporate events.
